Step 1 – We provide you with our information
Refer your patients to our website. We can provide you with informational brochures to give to your patients. If you would like informational brochures, please email info@twesb.com with your clinic’s information as well as how many brochures you would like.
Step 2 – Register online
Your patient registers online, at no cost, to view the full profiles and photographs of ALL our donors. We can provide website integration so our egg and sperm donor database can be viewed on your clinic’s website for patient comfort and convenience.
Step 3 – We contact you
Once your patient has worked with our trained, knowledgeable staff to select a donor, they will then complete the contract and payment. We notify you that your patient is moving forward with one of our donors.
Step 4 – Shipment
We arrange for the shipment of the ova and/or sperm. We will coordinate with your clinic to determine a good time for shipment.
Step 5 – We work with you
For over 20+ years, we have taken every possible measure to ensure successful pregnancies, including refining the ova thawing process. If a patient is the first at your clinic to use our donor eggs, we will arrange a call with an embryologist from The World Egg and Sperm Bank for verification. The purpose of this is to get to know us and ensure that your laboratory and team are well-versed in The World Egg and Sperm Bank’s warming procedures and protocols. Our Embryologist and Scientific Director are also available to address any technology or laboratory inquiries before our scheduled call. We are committed to your success and that of your patient.

Countries we work with
The World Egg and Sperm Bank utilizes ASRM guidelines and adheres to strict FDA guidelines. We also have a California State Tissue Bank license, Illinois State Tissue Bank license, Oregon State Tissue Bank license and a New York State Tissue Bank license. We can ship donor eggs and sperm to clinics located anywhere in the United States.
The World Egg and Sperm Bank adheres to all Canadian regulations. We have an active Primary Establishment license with Health Canada. We can ship donor eggs and sperm directly to any clinic location in Canada.
Please be aware that eggs/sperm purchased in Canada are not directly audited by Health Canada when they are sourced from outside of Canada. Only ‘self-audits’ are conducted by sources outside of Canada; however, we are directly audited by the FDA before we ship to Canada. Many U.S. egg banks import eggs from various countries and do not disclose the source of the eggs and are allowed to say they believe the eggs/sperm are procured under the same standard of care as the FDA expects. Again, these imported eggs/sperm that are distributed in Canada from many U.S. egg banks are not directly audited by a party that does not profit from the sale eggs and sperm. The World Egg and Sperm Bank IS directly audited by outside regulators.
The World Egg and Sperm Bank complies with the UK’s Human Fertilization and Embryology Authority (HFEA) Code of Practice. We have open identity donors who have donated altruistically and meet all HFEA requirements. We can ship donor eggs from our centralized facility to any clinic location across the United Kingdom.
Please be aware that eggs/sperm purchased in the UK from locations such as many U.S. banks (which import eggs/sperm into their banks), sources located in Cypress, Greece, Ukraine, Spain and others, are not directly audited by the HFEA. Many of these egg banks import eggs from various countries and do not disclose the source of the eggs and are allowed to claim that they believe the eggs/sperms are procured under the same standard of care as the FDA in the U.S. or the HFEA expects. Again, these imported eggs/sperm are not directly and independently audited for compliance by a party that does not profit from the sale. The World Egg and Sperm Bank is directly and independently audited for regulatory compliance.

The World Egg and Sperm Bank does not pay donors for their eggs; we provide donor reimbursement for expenses only – such as childcare, lost wages, and travel.
