Meet Cat
Caderina Carrizosa is our Chief Operating Officer. However, before working for The World Egg Bank the past 12 years, Cat was an egg donor. After meeting a family who struggled with infertility and had children through donor eggs, she saw that the connection and love were no different than with her own biological parents. Seeing this family inspired her to embark on 4 donation cycles. Throughout the journey, she learned about her own fertility and chose to freeze eggs for her future.
Some fun facts about Cat include her love for dogs. She has two pups, one of which outweighs her. In high school, Cat enjoyed playing softball and excelled in track. Her favorite movie series is Fast and Furious and she has a strong passion for iced tea!
