Steps to become a sperm donor

1. Apply online

Complete a simple online application to see if you meet our sperm donor requirements. This will only take about 10 minutes. Apply Now.

2. Verifying the health of your sperm

You will meet with one of our team members to talk about what is involved in the process of sperm donation. You can enjoy our well-appointed, comfortable, and private environment to provide a first sample in our state-of-the-art Sperm Banking facility.

We will connect you with a psychologist for a discussion, you will have bloodwork drawn for your screening and you will have a general physical exam by our medical doctor.

3. You can begin to donate 1 to 3 times per week!
