Our company transitioned from The World Egg Bank to The World Egg and Sperm Bank, and we have been steadfast in our progression to better suit our patient’s needs.
We have revolutionized the sperm bank process by only delivering ethically sourced pure quality sperm. We here at The World Egg and Sperm Bank want to remind current and future Intended Parents that we have sperm too and it goes under the same rigorous screening process as do our Donor Eggs.
Sperm Bank Process for Future Parents
As an Intended Parent, it’s crucial to carefully choose the sperm from your gamete bank. To make sure you’re getting what you paid for, we recommend referring back to “Essential Questions To Ask When Selecting A Gamete Bank”. If the bank can’t provide quick and accurate answers, it’s best to consider another gamete bank, like ours! When deciding where and how to obtain Donor sperm, it depends on what you want for your Intended Family. You can either ask someone you know or work with a professional sperm bank.
It’s important to consider genetic testing for any abnormalities when choosing a sperm donor. Some Intended Parents prefer Donors who share similar beliefs, interests, or physical characteristics, while others prioritize education or athleticism. Additionally, you can choose between fresh sperm for immediate use or frozen sperm that is cryogenically preserved for later use.
Our Sperm Bank Process
At The World Egg and Sperm Bank, we know all of our sperm donors with 100% certainty. We do this because it matters, and these things need to be considered to make an informed decision for your future family.
All our sperm donors go through the same Sperm Donor Process.
- All our sperm donors are locally sourced here in Arizona.
- All Sperm Donors are completely screened and cleared by our medical staff.
- We look at the medical history of the Sperm Donors and their immediate family, physicality, mental health, and sperm health.
- After collection, we analyze shape, movement, and overall health.
- Place sperm into small vials filled with cryopreservation fluids that protect sperm from harm during the rapid freezing process.
- Cool and store vials at -196 degrees Celsius.
- All in our singular, state-of-the-art location in Scottsdale, AZ.
