This August, TWEB sent our Logistics Director and Client Representative to Texas to introduce ourselves to IVF clinics across Texas. This “Texas Roadshow” included The Center for Reproductiv Medicine in Houston, Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, and the Fertility Center of Dallas with the purpose of introducing clinics who have never warmed TWEB ova to the many benefits of recommending our donor eggs to their patients and how we can benefit their clinics.
We appreciate the gracious hospitality of all the clinics and were impressed with the tours we received upon arrival. It was also helpful to experience this one on one visit as it gives us a better idea of the individual clinic needs and how we can work together to provide the best options and outcomes of our clients.
TWEB is focused not only on recipient customer service, but also with exceptional clinic support, communication and high quality outcomes. We have implemented these visits to allow the clinics the opportunity to talk with us in person and to establish one on one relationships with key staff members.
TWEB is unique in that we ship eggs to any clinic without exclusivity or clinic contracts. This means that clinics are not required to refer their patients to us. Rather, we are an option for their patients when they find the perfect donor match with us. We are confident enough in our large donor selection, our recipient/clinic support and in our outcomes to know that we will end up being their preferred egg bank.
The Texas Roadshow was a huge success for TWEB. We all know that “EVERYTHING IS BIGGER IN TEXAS” and after our roadshow, TWEB has high hopes to be bigger in Texas, too!
